Safari Skills Clinics

We are proud to announce an exciting collaboration between Without Limits, Safari, and the UCSD Psychos.  This spring, we will be bringing two skills clinics to the Southern California women’s ultimate community.  The first clinic will focus on individual skills and fundamentals, while the second clinic will focus on team development and strategy.  Both clinics will be taught by Safari players, and the second clinic will be held in conjunction with Pres Day, the premier early-season West Coast tournament hosted by UCSD.  Without Limits will provide support with logistics and curriculum development, bringing valuable experience from the Midwest Throwdown Roundup Division, the Midwest Throwdown Skills Clinic, and the Philly Fusion Skills Clinic.

Clinic #1: Individual Skills and Fundamentals
Location: UCSD Campus (La Jolla, CA)
Date: February 12, 2011 / 1-5 PM
Fee: $10/player, includes clinic, scrimmage, and BBQ

Registration for Clinic #1 will happen in January.

Clinic #2: Team Development and Strategy
Location: UCSD Campus (La Jolla, CA)
Date: February 19, 2011 / 8 AM-4 PM (Pres Day weekend)
Fee: $250/team, includes clinic, scrimmages, and access to all Pres Day extras

Capacity is 4 teams– teams will be accepted based on the strength and completeness of their application.  This as an excellent opportunity to spend a weekend in San Diego participating in the clinic and then watching some of the best college teams in the country play.  If desired, we can provide the opportunity to get at least 2 sanctioned games in.
